Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nick is a 7 month old, German Shepherd mix boy looking for his forever home! This handsome guy is goofy, happy, and great at self-entertaining. He’s wonderful with dog friends and we feel a canine companion would be wonderful for his long -term happiness and confidence. He’d be an excellent candidate for continued obedience training, too! Nick is a velco dog and wants to be with his peeps, but he isn’t annoying or needy about it. He does great with the kiddos in his foster home, too. He’s average energy for a GSD and up for anything but doesn’t have a super high drive, which is always nice for those seeking a companion. Nick is house and crate trained, too! He joined MHCR from a small, underfunded shelter in Texas where he was picked up as a stray.
Nick is in foster in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *
