Truffles is the most adorable and friendly little bunny of just 6 months old that is so deserving of a fresh start in a loving, safe home. It appears as if Truffles was tossed outside when someone no longer wanted him. He was found hopping around town all alone. This was exceptionally cruel, as Truffles has just the tiniest bit of trouble hopping, due to a deformity of his front paws. He gets around really well but hopping around on the streets?? No, that shouldn't have happened! Truffles is a very friendly, sociable, outgoing guy that enjoys getting attention. He's curious about everything and doesn't let his little disability slow him down in the slightest. Truffles would likely be fine having a bunny buddy that is kind and gentle with him. We require a completed adoption application which can be obtained at our facility, or from our website: www.ahscares.org. We also require proof of home ownership if you own, or a copy of a lease stating that pets are allowed with no restrictions if you rent. We require vet records for any pets owned in the last five years as well. Our adoption fees vary based on age, breed, etc. Please call our facility for exact fee 609-693-1900.

The mission of the Associated Humane Societies, Inc., including Popcorn Park Zoo, is to consistently provide the highest quality of care to all animals, domestic and wildlife, including their rescue, housing, veterinary care, placement whenever possible, and when required, a peaceful end. It is also our mission to prevent cruelty to all animals, primarily in New Jersey, but also throughout the United States. This shall be done through direct intervention as well as the promotion of humane education regarding the proper care and treatment of animals at both public and private levels, thereby advancing the humane treatment of animals everywhere.
