My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Frosty is a young lab mix around a year old. She is spayed, current on vaccines including rabies & microchipped. She currently weighs around 60lbs.

Frosty enjoys running, learning how to play fetch, chewing on her toys & playing with other dogs. We are unsure how she is around cats. She is crate trained, dog door trained & does well on a leash. She is house broken but accidents could happen while she adjusts to a new environment. She is a quick learner & would do well in a structured, energetic home with another 4-legged friend. She wants to be a lap dog & would love a spot in your bed at night, if you can make room for her. She is loyal & will show you how much she loves you with kisses.

Frosty needs a patient family, ready to continue her training while she finds herself! Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com & you will be contacted within 48hrs if your application fits her current needs.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
