Hi. I'm Stella. I love my humans and am protective of them and their home. I am a champ at getting used to my foster mom and dad's routine - they both work during the day so I stay home and watch the house for them. I am super easy to get along with - I sleep late if that's what starts the day or am up and ready to go if it's a work day. I easily entertain myself with toys
I like to go for walks and listen well when we are walking.
My foster mom and dad think I had a pretty awful life before I got to them as I am very fearful in certain situations - I cringe and appear to wait to be struck sometimes when I think my fosters are mad at me. I also am very fearful of anything that looks like a stick (back scratchers, grab sticks, etc). I will growl or run away if they are taken out near me. Knowing this I would do best with someone who is very patient and can help me overcome my past.
I am very sweet and love to be loved on. My foster mom calls me a wiggle butt
I am microchipped and current on vaccinations and have a have a current health certificate. I am being Fostered in Appleton, WI.

We are all volunteers passionate about dogs. Our goal is to find homes for displaced dogs that could possibly be euthanized in a shelter. We all are volunteers and will try to get back to you in a timely manner but it may take up to 72 hours.
