Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, My name is Scout and I was a TV star, but for all the wrong reasons. I was one of 18 dogs and puppies featured on the evening news in San Antonio Texas, about the deplorable conditions we were living in. Literally a junkyard. Maybe worse than a junkyard. It was pathetic. We had no food or water, so 4 Little Paws Rescue saved the day, brought in food and water, and vaccines, and placed us in foster homes a few at a time as new and available fosters rolled in.
Fast forward 7 months, I’m now about 1 year old, weigh 45 lbs and I’m living in Connecticut. Yep, I was quickly adopted, moved in with my new family, and everything was great except the family cat didn't like me and the feeling was mutual. I am a sweet and easygoing boy who enjoys life, loves people, and gets along great with other dogs. I am a social butterfly and love hiking with my pack of doggy pals, running alongside my owner for exercise, playing with puzzle toys, searching for treats in my snuffle mat, going for rides in the car, and being rewarded with bacon or peanut butter, Yum! I am smart as a whip, crate-trained, housetrained, well-behaved, and will run to my “chill pad” if instructed to do so. Not to brag, but I am quite the looker with gorgeous honey-gold eyes and a wonderful temperament. Since I am already in your neck of the woods, please stop by to meet me, but be prepared to fall in love!
