My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Kong, the lovable Black Lab with a heart as big as can be! At 3 years old, I've got plenty of energy and enthusiasm to share with my new family.

Let's address the elephant in the room first - my nervousness around other dogs and loud noises. Yep, it's true, I can be a bit unsure of myself when faced with unfamiliar situations. But hey, who isn't a little nervous now and then? On the bright side, with a few tasty treats and some positive reinforcement, I'm quick to warm up and show my true colors. Plus, I'm a pro at sitting and shaking paws - just give me a treat and watch me work my magic!

I may have a penchant for barking at dogs, geese, and squirrels, but who can blame me? I'm just trying to protect my territory and show off my big, booming bark! Plus, I'm a big fan of people food, especially bread. Yep, you heard that right - I'll do just about anything for a tasty morsel!

Sure, I may get a bit excited when I see birds and squirrels, but who doesn't love a good game of chase, right? And don't worry, I'm a breeze to bathe and always behave myself in the car. Plus, I'm a pro at letting you know when I need to go outside - just watch out for my patented bark and paw at the door!

Oh, and did I mention how much I love squeaky toys? Yep, they're my absolute favorite! Whether we're playing fetch in the yard or cuddling up on the couch, I'll always be by your side, ready for some fun and adventure.

So, if you're looking for a loyal and loving companion to join you on all of life's adventures, look no further than me, Kong! With a little love and understanding, I know we'll make the pawfect pair. Let's make some unforgettable memories together - I can't wait to meet you!
