My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lilah. She is new to the adoption floor and we are still getting to know her. We can say we are pretty sure she is going to become a favorite. She is only a year old but pretty gentle and low key from what we can tell. Now that is not to say she doesn't love to go for her walks or run around the play yard but she is really more interested in getting belly rubs and butt skritches from her new volunteer friends. She is good at getting what she wants and what she wants is cuddles from her friends. Come meet this beautiful girl...Adopt from MCAS
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (and treated if positive), microchipped, and current on all vaccinations.

We are open 7 days a week 12pm to 5pm for adoptions, no appointment necessary!

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Potential adopters are able to view pets that are available for adoption and have supervised meetings.

2.
Submit Application

Once a person decides which pet they are interested in, we begin the application process.

3.
Meet the Pet

Once approved, we require a meet & greet with any other pets in the homes, children, etc.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Adoption paperwork is completed after there is an approved application & successful meet and greet.

5.
Pay Fee

Dogs=$75.00, Cats= $50.00

6.
Take the Pet Home

After paperwork is completed and fees are paid, adopters are free to leave with their new pets.

The Adoption Center provides pet adoption services for the public. All adoptable pets are spayed/ neutered and have received all applicable vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, deworming, and have been tested for heartworms (dogs).
