My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Lorretta, a charming red brindle female puppy with a heart as big as her sweet puppy eyes. Born around November 29, 2023, Lorretta entered the world alongside her sibling, Conway, ready to embark on a journey of love and companionship. Weighing in at a 15 pounds, this little bundle of joy is as adorable as can be.

Lorretta's story is one of resilience and hope. She was rescued by her owner from an irresponsible friend who had more dogs than they could care for, proving that even in tough circumstances, there's always room for kindness and compassion. Despite her rough start, Lorretta has retained her gentle spirit and loving nature.

However, life hasn't always been easy for Lorretta. Upon arriving at the kennel, she found herself overwhelmed and scared by the presence of other dogs. But beneath her initial fear lies a heart full of love waiting to blossom in the right environment.

Lorretta is eagerly awaiting her forever home, where she can shower her new family with endless love and affection. Could you be the one to provide her with the love and security she deserves? For just $300, you can make Lorretta a cherished member of your family and give her the chance to thrive in a loving home. Adopt Lorretta today and watch as she fills your life with joy and happiness.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225   . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application is required. Applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. A picture of your home or yard may be requested

All dogs and puppies are fully vetted prior to adoption (spay/neuter, rabies, 3 DHPP, bordetella and heartworm test/treat if positive) and are micro-chipped.
Our fees start at $200, transport out of Texas is arranged by us and is generally an additional $200.
We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet. Our contract requires if an adoption does not work out the dog is to be returned to us. We need at least two weeks notice.
