My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Colette!

This radiant ray of sunshine is ready to brighten up your world with her infectious energy and loving spirit. She is a stunning blue nose Pitbull mix that is an absolute pocket full of sunshine, bringing warmth and joy wherever she goes.

Colette's love for car rides is just one of the many reasons she's such a delightful companion. Whether it's sticking her head out the window with ears flapping in the breeze or snuggling up in the backseat, she's the perfect co-pilot for all your adventures on the road.

But Colette's zest for life isn't limited to car rides; she's a bundle of energy who happily prances around the room, her tail wagging furiously with every step. She's always up for a game of chase, especially if it involves her favorite treats. Watching her chase after those tasty morsels is a joy in itself, as she bounds around with pure excitement and enthusiasm.

With her striking appearance and gentle nature, Colette is a true beauty inside and out. She deserves all the kindness and love that a human heart can offer, and she's ready to return that love tenfold to her forever family.

Stop in and meet her cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email bloomingdale@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you.

I hope to meet you soon!

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
