My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remy is a curious, and timid little sweetheart. She’s very quiet and still getting used to being around humans after we found her on the street. She’s bonded with her mom, Bea, and comes whenever Bea calls for her. When she’s not cuddling up with Bea, Remy likes to find a quiet, private place to hide, but don’t let that fool you! She’s always listening, and she’s quite curious to come out and see what’s happening. She gets bursts of energy and zooms around exploring, but only when it’s quiet and no humans are approaching her. Slowly but surely, Remy is warming up to humans though, and we’re confident that with gentle, slow socialization, Remy will be an excellent, albeit shy, companion to a human. Remy loves being around Bea, so it would be lovely if they can go to a nice home together. If not, Remy might benefit from being in a home with another cat, as she seems to take the lead from Bea’s comfort with humans. We estimate that Remy was born in late 2023. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The goal of our adoption process is to place the right cat(s) with the right person. These are the steps:

  1. Pick out a cat or think about the qualities you want in a cat.

  2. Complete our adoption questionnaire.

  3. Meet the cat over a video call with the foster parent or in person to see if the cat is a good fit for your household.

  4. Meet with an adoption counselor over a video call for a virtual home visit to go over a safety checklist.

  5. We will bring the cat to your home to complete the adoption.
