My name is Chifon!

This is Chifon, she’s a Beagle born 4/7/2018. She spent her whole life being used for breeding and is now finally learning to be a dog. She loves her foster sister and lays preferably right next to her and touching her. This brings her great comfort. She’s doing well with potty training. She loves running around the yard but is always close to the other dogs in the house. Chifon also does well with the cat in the house and loves to sniff her. Right now, she seeks more contact with her furry foster siblings. She will come running to you but at the last minute gets spooked and runs away. She is still nervous when we get the chance to pet her but I am sure that will change over the next few weeks. At this point, she would do better with older kids that give her the space she needs to warm up. She tends to bark when she’s first put in her kennel. She is quiet and rides well in the car. She’s currently not walking on the least yet as she’s scared. She is looking for a patient home that will teach her love and trust.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, dental, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00
