My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! Thank you for clicking on my pic. I'm a beautiful little boy, right?
I'm looking for my new forever home. A quiet, loving, patient home. An indoor only home with lots of toys, a comfy bed, yummy food, a cat tower and some sunny windows to look out. I hope that my new Mom or Dad will play with me a lot. I have lots of energy and play really helps to calm me. My favorite toys are a furry mouse on a fishing pole, fuzzy balls, spring toys and ping pong balls. My foster mom has lots of toys that will come in my suit case to my new home. I love lots of pets after I get to know you. I can get nervous and may swat at your hand until we become friends. Once we are friends, I like to be held and petted and will purr endlessly for you. I will sometimes hide under the bed but if you sit on the floor and wiggle my toys, I will come out and play. After some time and patience I will hide less and less. I also enjoy being brushed. It helps to keep my fur shiney and tangle free.

In my foster home I have big kitty friends. I like them very much and want to play with them. I can be a little rambunctious with my play so if I have a new friend, they should be brave and outgoing like me. Another friend close to my own age or even a little older. I've never met a dog so I really don't know if I will like them.

I was lost or abandoned for quite a long time, so I've had a rough start to my young life. Please be patient with me. I'm a happy little guy who loves to talk ( it really more of a squeak) to you and listen to you talk to me.

I would be very nervous around small/young children and may scratch them. I don't mean to, I'm just scared. So it would be best for me to be in an adult only home. If you have older children who have experience with cats and can be patient with me, I would love to meet them. If you would like to meet me, you can come to the adoption center on Saturdays ( Petco in Fair Oaks, CA 12-4) to meet me in person. Or, you can fill out the questionnaire and make arrangements to meet me at my house. If you fill out the questionnaire, my foster mom will get it and you can ask any questions and receive more photos or videos.

Thank you for reading. I can't wait to meet you soon! MEOW

Additional adoption info

Please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.php

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
