Hi, I'm Matt, a young pup with a knack for adventure. I wound up here at the shelter after a comical incident involving a squirrel, a skateboard, and a very surprised mailman. You see, I was trying to show off my sick skateboarding skills, but that squirrel had other plans. Before I knew it, I was on a wild ride through town that ended with a face full of mail and a one-way ticket to this place. But hey, it's not all bad. I've learned a lot, like how to sit, stay, and most importantly, not to chase squirrels on skateboards. Now, I'm ready to find my forever home. I promise to bring laughter, love, and maybe a little bit of mischief into your life. Adopt me and let's start our adventure together!

More about this rescue

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer based organization dedicated to the welfare, care and adoption of abandoned and homeless animals. We also provide educational materials that will help pet owners with their animals. All of our animals are kept in foster homes. We also have rescue animals in need of medical care.

We do this because we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the community. We hope to do this through education, being an advocate for the animals, endeavoring to reduce animals over population (spay/neutering) and preventing animal cruelty.
