Meet Dencie, the Super Pup of the shelter! Once a regular puppy, she became super-powered when she unknowingly chomped on a cosmic bone. Her powers? Boundless love, a playful spirit, and an intelligence that rivals the smartest breeds. Dencie used her abilities to help others, from rescuing kittens stuck in trees to finding lost items for her human friends. One day, while saving a squirrel, she ended up at the shelter, a place she now calls home. Dencie's tale isn't about her superpowers, but her super heart. She's waiting to bring joy, love, and a touch of super to a forever home.

More about this rescue

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer based organization dedicated to the welfare, care and adoption of abandoned and homeless animals. We also provide educational materials that will help pet owners with their animals. All of our animals are kept in foster homes. We also have rescue animals in need of medical care.

We do this because we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the community. We hope to do this through education, being an advocate for the animals, endeavoring to reduce animals over population (spay/neutering) and preventing animal cruelty.
