Little dog lovers meet Daisy! She was surrendered to to the Animal Care Center of NYC in Manhattan because her person was moving and the daughter was headed to college. She's 11 years old and has lived with kids. She seems okay with other dogs too.

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons, all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, we ask you to first fill out the adoption application, which can be found in the main menu. You do not need to live in Lewis or Jefferson county to adopt; we do adopt out of state (and to Canada as well!)
