My name is Charlie. I am in search of a new best friend. I am delightful and don’t quite understand how I ended up here, but I was told it was through no fault of my own.

I just turned 1 and I have all the usual puppy energy that a young dog has. I like to go for walks, play and have a fun time. I think it would be great to be in home with kids I could play with. My surrendering owner said I was happy all the time and playful.

Maybe kids over 10 because I am on the small side. I need someone who is really active and is willing to help me be all I can be!
