My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cookie is a very sweet young girl who was rescued by a kind man after she was abandoned by her previous family when they moved and left her and her sister, Cream, to fend for themselves. We don’t know her exact age but believe she is about one or two years old. They are resilient girls who will make great companions for a new family that will provide them a stable environment.

Both Cookie and Cream are very friendly and loving but Cookie is a little more outgoing and adventurous than her sister. One other difference between the two girls is that Cookie is not a fan of the dogs in her current home and is aggressive with them so she will do best in a home without dogs.

Cookie enjoys playing and is very good with kids and sleeps every night with the 9 year child in her foster home. She enjoys being brushed and doesn’t mind being picked up. We are still learning their personalities but believe that because of how friendly they are that it’s very likely that they will be lap cats but they may also enjoy some alone time (just like many cats). They greet visitors when they come to visit as long as the person doesn’t come in too quickly to startle them.

Both girls look very much alike and they each have beautiful green eyes – the photos don’t show that very well but trust me, they are piercing and beautiful!

While Cookie can be adopted separately from her sister Cream, they will do great in a home together for the family who has enough love to share with two sweet beautiful young girls! Two cats are always better than one!

Additional adoption info

Individual and vet references are checked prior to adoption approval. Adoptions have a two week trial period as needed to ensure that the match between adopter and the cat is perfect.
