My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Prior to rescue Smooch lived life on the streets. Because of this he did test heartworm positive but he has since gone through treatment and is now ready for adoption. Smooch is full grown and only 25 lbs, he’s the perfect size! He is very dog friendly and loves having a dog friend to chase. Because of his past he does not like to share his food, treats or toys so this will need to be monitored with other dogs who don’t respect boundaries. Smooch loves his people and would want to sit in your lap all day if it was up to him! He doesn’t love the crate but will tolerate it. He is 100% potty trained. Smooch is a very smart boy who is eager to please. He is looking for a family who can give him some grace as he adjusts to life inside of a home.
