Astrid is a beautiful 2-year old female Tuxedo kitty who was brought to the HSOV on April 12, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who had found her on Spring Street in Marietta Ohio on April 9th. Astrid was not wearing a collar, and she was not microchipped.
Astrid has a black-and-white short smooth coat in a tuxedo pattern, a long tail, and a gorgeous face with golden eyes, a black beauty mark beside her cute nose, a splash of white on her chin, and extra-long white whiskers.
This lovely kitty is a social butterfly who longs to be out of her small cage and with her people friends. Astrid defied any attempts to take photos in her cage, so HSOV Adoption Clerk/Kennel Tech Lauryn Hamilton held Astrid in her arms for quick glamour photos on April 15th.
Astrid was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on April 12, 2024.
Since Astrid was not reclaimed, she was spayed on April 16, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 10 lbs that day.
Astrid is ready to find a home of her very own either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
