Can you believe this sweet boy lingered at our county shelter? He just sat in the shelter kennel packed with other dogs beckoning anyone to notice the sad little dog with the bad haircut. He’d come into the shelter completely matted with puncture wounds and had to be shaved so medial care could be provided. An adopter may not have noticed Wally but we did and his sweet pleading eyes spoke to the very depths of our souls. Here was a great dog who needed an out and so we gave him his chance!

Wally has happily adapted to every environment he’s experienced on his journey. He’s hung out at our ranch while he recovered from kennel cough and made lots of friends during his stay. Once he entered foster care he quickly made friends with each and every human and dog who lived in the home. He spent a few days happily bouncing around and now has settled into the routine of home life. He’s working on his house training skills and quickly adapted to a crate. He’s good on leash and loves snuggle time just as much as he loves playtime. Wally is a great little dog and ready to find equally great people to call his own.
