My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stormy!

How could you not fall in love with this squishy little face? Stormy is a sweet young lady that is already embracing all the good things life has to offer - pizza crusts, sunbathing, short walks, rolling down a nice grassy hill, or sitting quietly at your feet on a restaurant patio. She is crate-trained and sleeps there peacefully through the night after you read her a bedtime story. A few pages in, she'll be snoring away!

Stormy's foster parent reports that she is a wonderful house guest. She's been working on her housetraining and loves sitting out in the backyard all afternoon. She has met a cat and other dogs while she was in foster. She is very gentle but might do best with elementary age and older children since she gets a little nervous if you don't give her the personal space she needs.

If you are interested in adopting Stormy, please send an email to adoptions@awla.org to arrange an initial meet & greet with the pet's foster parent or a staff member. They will reply to you within 24-48 hours.
