My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tug! He's the most adorable pup who couldn't be more happy to be here. Tug is looking for a happy family that will match his energy! This boy is a major goofball. His smiles are contagious and are sure to bring laughter to any room!

He loves toys so much, makes friends with every human and animal, has an adventurous side when exploring in the yard, is a great snuggler and loves a good nap. His party trick is that he sleeps through the night and has to be shaken awake in the morning from his wonderful dreams of treats and tennis balls.

He is the typical pup that's still learning potty training and how to not play with his teeth but he's shown to be a smart one and is picking up on obedience skills fast.

Tug will come with age-appropriate vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
