Bowie, our 8 month old terrier mix, had a pretty rough start to life. This gentle, sweet soul is 33 pounds of pure love. He was possibly hit by a car, brought to a vet, and after the medical team gave him treatment, he had nowhere to go but here at the shelter. Shelter staff have fallen in love with this little guy and what we can say is that he loves human interaction! He had a little bit of trauma to the head, so he walks with a kind of wonky gait, but we think it just gives him character! Something to note is Bowie is not in pain and is doing better daily!
