My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dos! This handsome pup was adopted from us as a puppy and has found himself back in the shelter through no fault of his own. Dos is more than ready to meet his new family! He starts off a little timid, but don`t let that fool you, Dos is affectionate and playful. He is a great leash walker and really likes to be out and about with his people. Dos will `sit` for treats and accepts them gently. His toys of choice are tennis balls! Dos loves to chase them around the play yards. He was considered an outdoor dog and will need to be house-trained, but we know he`ll figure that out in no time! Dos is crate-trained, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is also good with cats. His previous owners told us that Dos is `the perfect dog`! Come in and meet him today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Come on in and find your new best friend! Walk through our kennels and find a pet that you're interested in.

2.

Submit Application

Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for any other dogs/cats in your home is required prior to meeting with any of our adoptable animals

3.

Meet the Pet

You will get the chance to meet in a private visitation room. Meet & greets are required for dogs

4.

Pay Fee

$110 for dogs. $75 for cats. The second fee is waived if two cats are adopted together. Includes spay/neuter, chip, and vaccines

5.

Take the Pet Home

Your new pet can go home once they are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have received their rabies vaccination.
