My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Heidi!!

Heidi is a 55lb, 10 year old sweetheart who wants to spend her days with her head on your lap getting scratches behind her ears. Heidi is living large and small dogs in her current foster home and does well with both! She seems to enjoy their company but doesn’t engage in much play. She doesn’t understand why you would be petting anyone but her though, and will bump her way to the front of the line for attention.

Heidi has been non destructive when left on her own in the house and she stands by the door when she needs to go out. She doesn’t climb on furniture (even though she is more than welcome to) and prefers to snooze away on dog beds. Heidi loves treats and takes them gently. Treats are her favorite hobby.

When walking on a leash Heidi is a little nervous, staying close to her handler and zigzagging for smells. She is non reactive to just about everything that passes us.

If you are looking for a mellow, quiet, and affectionate older gal to join your home, Heidi is the girl for you!!
