This helps Dirt Road Doggies Rescue, INC with pet care costs.
Sweetpea got her name by being truly the SWEETEST dog you could ask for. In summer of 2023 she was dumped on a dirt road in Franklin County where a kind dog lover noticed her roaming the area and provided her with food and winter shelter. In Dec 2023, Sweetpea had a litter of puppies, which were adopted out to furever homes through DRDR. Sweetpea is scheduled to be spayed May 2nd and will be available for adoption after she has had sufficient time to heal from her procedure. She is housebroken and gets along with children and other dogs. It is unknown how she does with cats. On April 24th she started crate training and walking on a leash. She is eager to please and has high potential to learn tricks. To meet or adopt Sweetpea, please submit an adoption application at www.dirtroaddoggiesrescue.org.
