My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you an Orville, looking for your Wilbur!? Look no further, my friend. Meet Mr. Wilbur- whom we believe to be around 8 years old and a Lab Retriever.
Wilbur is a laid back sort of guy. Nothing seems to bother him, not even all the cats in his current foster home.
Wilbur loves to take walks and get baths- but not as much as he loves food-this guy will keep a close eye on you as you eat and gladly clean up any crumbs! We would definitely recommend a slow feeder for this hungry boy!
Wilbur is a great companion and will make sure to protect you against strangers! Wilbur is not afraid to use his voice. He will absolutely make his new owner feel very protected and safe.
If you are ready to take flight and find your next best friend, then come meet Wilbur!
You may apply to adopt Wilbur at www.pawpatroldayton.com/adopt. Their adoption fee is $150 and is vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped and neutered. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

More about this rescue

Paw Patrol is a dedicated group of volunteers working to improve the quality of life for pets living in our community.

Our Mission is:
OUR MISSION
- To rescue and re-home neglected, abused, or otherwise unwanted pets into loving homes.
- To provide shelter in the form of a lean-to or doghouse to outdoor pets in an effort to keep them dry and warm.
- To provide outdoor dogs with alternatives to chaining in order to improve their quality of life.
- To promote the importance of spaying/neutering pets and to offer this service to pets in our community.
- To provide information to the public about the negative aspects of pet tethering.
- To assist owners with necessary resources to allow them to keep their pet happy, healthy, and out of the already over-crowded shelter system.
