Here's what the humans have to say about me:
It's time to introduce you all to Kelly!
Kelly is in need of a home, she has had a hard road to get the chance to finally have a family to love her. Kelly does well with other animals, loves attention and is a very curious girl. She's a bit shy but with a little TLC, she'll come right around. This sweet girl enjoys peeking out windows to get a good look at what's going on and enjoys some sunshine on her face! However nothing beats a cozy lap to lie in!

More about this shelter
We are the only shelter in Cedar County, Iowa. We take in homeless dogs and cats and help them to find carefully screened, lifelong, and nurturing homes. FOA serves Cedar County, Iowa.
When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog or cat a home. You’re also reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profits before animal welfare. Homeless, scared, abused, neglected or surrendered, whatever the circumstance may be, our goal is to give all animals the chance to feel loved, wanted and special. After all, their souls are pure, and they deserve only the best from us.
