Introducing Nightingale, a 1.5-year-old husky with a voice as sweet as her name. Despite being heartworm positive, this friendly gal hasn't let it dampen her spirits. Our shelter is committed to providing her with the necessary treatment, and we're seeking an adults-only home where she can complete her journey to full health while remaining on limited activity.
Nightingale's gentle nature and affectionate disposition make her an absolute delight to be around. She's a pro when it comes to getting along with other dogs, although her heartworm condition means she'll need to take things slow during playtime for now. But don't worry, this gorgeous husky will be back to her energetic self before you know it!
Nightingale can't wait to serenade you with love and loyalty for years to come.

Our adoptions are available for people in the DuPage County and surrounding Illinois area. All dogs, cats, and rabbits are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccinations (if applicable) and have a PetLink microchip for identification.
