My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Check out this handsome, older gentleman!
His name is Kokomo Joe (he's a big fan of the Beach Boys) and he is roughly 10 years young. He is being treated for hyperthyroidism and is in the early stages of chronic kidney disease. The medicines are lifelong and are relatively inexpensive. Don't let his diagnoses fool you; he is still active, loving, and playful and has a few good years of life left in him. He also takes his medicines with ease and without fuss.
He would be perfect for those who aren't looking for a pet to outlive them. He likes to cuddle and be pet. He eats and moves very well for a boy his age; we don't think he is even aware of his age!
He would love to spend his twilight years with someone to love and care for him (especially if you're in your twilight years too)!
