Meet handsome Bluepoint Siamese boy Greyson. We welcomed him into the TMHPR program recently! His foster mom shares this about him: Greyson is fabulous. And I don’t throw around that term around lightly. He is all of this and more - a cat that you can pick up and hug, a cat that you can sit down and have on your lap, a cat who wants to be with you, a cat who is playful and fun, a cat who is beautiful and has fantastic fur, a cat who purrs like a GTO and is easy-going and adapts easily to pretty much any situation, a cat who puts up with his foster mom kissing him 1000 times a day. He is the total package - super handsome and sweet. Do you dream of coming home and being greeted at the door by a handsome fella that just wants to cuddle? Look no further. This is the boy for you!! His estimated birth date is April 9, 2023. Cats adopted from TMHPR are indoor only.

All applications are submitted to an adoption board for approval to ensure a happy forever home for both owner and pet. In effort to reduce the possibility of the pet being returned, adopters are carefully screened to be sure that the personality of both the pet and adopter are a good match. We will be in contact with you during this process.

Puppies are ready to go home after their 2nd of 3 shots and spay/neuter are complete. A $50 deposit will hold the puppy of your choice. The 3rd. shot is included in the adoption fee.

All pets are to be kept as indoor, non-working, members of your family and are spayed and neutered before being adopted. These pets also receive all appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped.

A safe pet home visit is included in the adoption fee.

Take Me Home Pet Rescue is a 100% nonprofit organization committed to reducing the homeless pet population by removing dogs and cats from shelters and other unfortunate situations and having them spayed, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted to their forever families.

We consists of a small core group of volunteers who care about the welfare of our homeless pets. We are located in Richardson, Texas and survive solely from your generous donations and fundraiser's (after fundraiser...after fundraiser!). All of our pets live in our homes as we do not have an actual facility. Because they live within the dynamics of the foster families and are exposed to children of all ages and other pets, we find that that our foster cats and dogs are more adoptable as they have already been socialized to live in a family environment.

We have been in existence since April 2008 and have already rescued over 600 dogs and cats from local kill shelters and other unfortunate situations.

All dogs and cats are spayed and neutered before being adopted. These pets also receive all appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped. In effort to reduce the possibility of the pet being returned, adopters are carefully screened to be sure that the personality of both the pet and adopter are a good match.
