My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Star and Jackson are a bonded pair. They are about 8 months old and super playful! Jackson is a brown and white tabby with a floofy tail. Jackson came into our rescue along with 21 other cats that were abandoned in plastic totes on the side of the road on Christmas Eve. He was really malnourished and needed extra care for the last 4 months but now he has a clean bill of health! He loves to play with tunnels, wands, chase balls and chase other cats. Star and Jackson love to groom each other. Jackson has 2 kinks in his tail which only add to his playful personality. He is very talkative and curious and absolutely loves Churu treats. He loves to come up and demand affection.

More about this rescue

Our program was developed to help save the cats of Henderson County, Texas. We provide Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) services as it is the only proven humane approach to stabilizing community cat populations. TNVR improves the lives of cats as well as reduces shelter intakes, non-medical euthanasia, and citizen complaints. We also foster and provide medical care to friendly cats we find and help them find homes!
