Piper turned two in Dec 23. We were told she is a Dutch Shepard but believe she may be mixed. She is very sweet, loving, and energetic. She is potty trained as well.Cats aren't an issue. She's good with other dogs, big and small. She lives with our smaller dog and does very well with her. She does get protective of her food and treats, so we separate them when they eat by putting them in two different rooms. She's great around adults and older kids, but doesn't do the best around younger kids. She would do best in a home with a big yard for her to run around and play to get her energy out, as she has a lot of it! We have grown to love her but unfortunately we cannot keep her as we rent and out landlord doesn’t allow more than 1 dog. We were only supposed to watch her for a few weeks for a sick friend and due to circumstances her owner never came back for her so we’ve kept her intending to rehome her buts it’s been extremely hard. We want the best for her and would like avoid the shelter
