My name is ESME!

Esmay is a simple girl that came to our attention at Critter Cavalry Rescue as she struggled to find a place to raise her 7 puppies that she birthed.  The odds were stacked but she managed to bring 3 of the 7 puppies through to the place that they could be adopted during the coming weeks.  This girl is 2 years old, weighs 35 pounds and has a sleek, beautiful persona that shouts kindness and courage.  Esme has learning how to enjoy the niceties of being an inside dog as she has raised her puppies.  She is pretty much housebroken, crate trained and is good with all the other dogs and cats at the foster home. She is around young active children (boys) and she keeps her calm demeanor through all the activities of the children.  She is wonderful on a leash and has a slight playful side to her.  We feel that once the puppies are away from her, then she can develop back into a dog that is all about herself and not being a “mom”.  This smallish girl demands little from life or her people.  We are wanting the sun, moon and stars for her future.  Could you give that to her?
