My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Get ready to meet Dameon! *EDOB: 9-26-2019*

Are you ready for a cat with a quirky charm that's impossible to resist? Look no further than Dameon! This unique feline found his way to us as a stray, and despite his unconventional appearance, he's ready to win over your heart.

Dameon may have a dental situation that makes his teeth not quite fit his face, but that doesn't stop him from being a lovable and entertaining companion. As an FIV-positive cat, Dameon is proof that a diagnosis doesn't define him. FIV-positive cats like Dameon can lead long and healthy lives, and there's no need for concern as long as he's given the proper care and attention.

Up-to-date on all vaccinations and neutered, Dameon is ready to embark on his next adventure with a loving family by his side. With his playful nature and tons of personality, this funny and silly guy is sure to bring joy and laughter to your home.

If you're ready to open your heart and home to Dameon, don't hesitate to apply online at eastshoreha.org. Once your application is approved, our staff will be in touch to schedule your very own personal appointment to meet Dameon and bring him home to his new start.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to welcome this lovable and quirky cat into your life. Apply now and make Dameon a cherished member of your family!

Additional adoption info

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

Adoption Requirements:

1. Have verifiable identification

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home

4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered

5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier

6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
