Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet LIESL! She is just shy of 1 year old and she is a fantastic girl. She was found as a stray and brought to a high kill shelter. LIESL is an extremely affectionate, loving girl who loves everyone and is always up for an adventure! She is hoping she will get a chance to swim a lot in her forever home because she LOVES water! She is house-trained and has shown no destructive behavior in the home. She loves to go for car rides, but she will never refuse movie night on a comfy couch with her human friends.

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue
A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.
ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
