My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gina
Domestic Shorthair, Born in 2022, Light Brown Tabby with White, Spayed female
Hello humans. I hear you may have an opening for a feline friend, so let me introduce myself. I'm Gina, a delightful and charming golden brown tabby with white accents on my feet and bib. It's a good look, don't you think?. I'm well qualified in all things feline!   Unlike those shy kitties, I have confidence and curiosity. My hygiene habits are impeccable and keep me quite busy: I use the litter box like a pro; I love my cardboard scratcher; and I keep myself very clean. I'm a member of the Clean Plate Club at C.A.R.E. Pick up a toy and let's play! My eye/paw coordination is excellent. I can be affectionate too, and will sit right next to you. How do I sound? Do I get the job??

Our fees include a full medical exam by a veterinarian. This includes a Feline Leukemia and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) test for cats, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, deworming and Spay/Neuter. Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
