Truly, we’re not sure if I’ll be able to be placed but we would like to give it a shot.
I’ll need a home with no kids, no one with frail skin, 1 other cat or no other cats, and no dogs. Yeah. I’m a piece of work.
I originally came to LKCI because I was unaltered and attacking the other cats in the home, my mom wanted to put me outside. Board member Ashley saved me and got me here.
I was super great at first, maybe it’s just the stress of the rescue but I’m kinda an asshole now.
I may turn into a huge angel once I’m adopted.
But with that being said.
I will love on you then if I get my claws stuck in your shirt or shoes I will freak out and try to attack you if you try to help. If you bump into me walking even slightly I’m going to swat you. If I’m petting you and suddenly I don’t want you to anymore, I’m gonna swat you.
I need someone who doesn’t mind having an Asshole cat. Someone willing to put in a little work.
One of my eyes leaks and I’m really chill about you cleaning it 90% of the time.
If I don’t ever find a place, I’ll be fine here. I’ve adjusted to the other cats I just prefer to have my space.

I do everything I can to ensure they're going to the best home for them. We all review the application and if we have any doubts we don't follow through with that adopter to ensure we're keeping them safe

Our rescue is run at our house in Cat Shacks. Appointments must be made in order to come see the cats. Any adoption events that we will be attending will be posted to our Facebook page.

We are a small cat based rescue in chiefland, FL however we take in urgent dogs as well when needed. When I moved back to Florida from Michigan last year I was quickly reminded of how different it is here. The strays running wild everywhere, people abandoning their animals, adopting out sick cats, not helping the hurt ones. It breaks my heart. I have the finances to help now, so I'm doing everything I can to give these cats the life they deserved the first time around.
