Please welcome mama Mouse to Sky Sanctuary! This sweet girl made her way to the sanctuary when the only “family” she ever knew failed her. We met our sweet Mouse the night she gave birth. We were contacted by a local emergency vet about a mama dog who was struggling to deliver and whose owners had decided on euthanasia for her and her unborn babies. Knowing we could never let that happen, we quickly welcomed them to the sanctuary and she was rushed into surgery for an emergency C-section where she gave birth to two beautiful boys and a little girl. Mouse is around 3-4 years old and is a chihuahua mix.
