Please welcome Possum to Sky Sanctuary! This sweet little boy made his way to the sanctuary when his "family" failed him. We were contacted by a local emergency vet about a mama dog who was struggling to deliver and whose owners had decided on euthanasia for her and her unborn babies. Knowing we could never let that happen, we quickly welcomed them to the sanctuary and she was rushed into surgery for an emergency C-section where she gave birth to two beautiful boys and a little girl. Possum is 8 weeks old and is a chihuahua mix.
