My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You will melt when he accepts you and gives you the look of love! Little One may have started life as a shy outdoor kitty, but now this sweet boy blossoms into a pure cuddle bug once he learns to trust you. His heart is full of affection, and he thrives on being close to his humans, seeking out laps for naps, snuggles and chin scratches.

Little One is incredibly inquisitive and smart. He loves to explore his surroundings and is always curious about what's going on. With his high energy levels, he's ready for playtime at any moment! Whether it's chasing balls or pouncing on toy mice or finding treats in puzzle games, Little One is up for the adventure. And one thing you'll appreciate about Little One is his impeccable manners-he's a neat freak! Instead of scratching up your furniture, he's content to use his scratching post made of cardboard.

His affection knows no bounds-he's a master kneader, showing his love with every little paw tap. He adores keeping watch out the window and seeing a bit of nature and would thrive with window perches and cat trees to satisfy his curiosity and give him a perfect vantage point for bird watching.

Preferred human will be someone with prior cat experience and a big heart to share with this exceptional boy. A work from home companion would be ideal. As a kitty who started his life outside, he might take a bit of patience and time to settle into a new space/companion (likely no more than any new adoptee), but once he feels safe and loved the reward is the devotion and companionship of a lifetime. This is truly a very special rescue kitty. He's waiting to bring joy and love into your life! Are you his forever home?

Other Attributes: Likely best solo as likes to rule his roost and has been socialized as a solo kitty, but he used to adore playing with his siblings and may be open to other cats.

This cat is located at the Cat Cafe Lounge in West Los Angeles. Please contact the foster at jenflorez@kittenrescue.org

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
