Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Chloe and I'm about 2 years old. My owners surrendered me and my siblings to Bond County Humane Society because they had too many cats and they wanted me to find a loving furever home. I can be very loving and playful with the foster family where I lived, but I am shy about meeting new people. I would be best with older kids. I love my cat tree and I enjoy looking out the window. I do not like having my nails clipped or being restrained for any purpose. After several months in a foster home, now I live in the shelter. I am available for immediate adoption. I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. My adoption fee is waived. Additional adoption info

Our adoption process requires the completion and approval of an adopter's profile form. This form can be obtained in person or on-line at our web site, www.bondcohs.petfinder.com. It can be completed and e-mailed to the address provided for review. We have a standard adoption agreement. Dog adoption fees vary depending on breed, and age of dog. They generally range from $125 to $250. Cat adoption fees are $90 for kittens (under 1 year of age), $55 for adult cats that have been housed at the shelter for 1 year or less. Adoption fees for cats that have been housed at the shelter for multiple years are by donation.

We conduct off-site adoptions on Saturdays at the following locations:

PETCO - Fairview Heights, IL
Every Saturday, 11-3 (except holiday weekends)

Shelter hours are 1-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday is ONLY by appointment.
