If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Jey! We rescued him and another dog when a friend found them abandoned with signs of mistreatment. We took him in and got him the treatment he needed. He is current on his vaccinations, has been neutered, and is housebroken. He has some minor scarring on his neck from lacerations he had when he was found. He is a lazy boy. He is content with laying around and snuggling on the couch. He loves attention and getting belly rubs. He has chewed a bit in the past, but he mostly sticks to his chew toys. He is good around children, other dogs, and cats (though he will bark at them when he first meets them). Jey needs a home with lots of love to give. Sadly we’ve had some major life changes and no longer able to afford to take care of him. We would love to find a home for him instead of taking him to the shelter.
