Meet Wonton!

This adorable guy is estimated to be around 6 months old. He arrived at HSoP as a stray and was unfortunately never claimed by an owner. Now he's on the hunt for his perfect forever home! Since he arrived as a stray, we aren't sure how Wonton does around cats or other dogs.

Wonton doesn't seem to have much of a training background. He will sit on command when treats are involved, but has a pretty strong tendency to jump when he sees people. This is something we often see with shelter dogs and it would likely be easier to correct in a home environment.

This guy has plenty of energy, and as a growing pup, will need plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Wonton should be walked daily or have access to a secure outdoor space where he can burn off his energy.

Wonton is a total baby once he calms down. All he wants to do is get attention, be loved on, and make his people happy. In the right home setting, Wonton could easily grow into a wonderful and well-rounded adult dog.

Wonton will be required to meet any dogs in the home prior to adoption. We also offer a seven-day foster period with each adoption to help ensure a good fit for everyone! Wonton is neutered, UTD on vaccines, and will be microchipped with his new owner's information by the time he goes home.
