Are you looking for a smart, calm, and loyal companion? Meet Sally! This sweet girl is always by your side, whether you're in the yard or around the house. Sally is attentive, eager to please, and greets you with a big smile. She's fully potty trained, crate trained, and comes when called. Sally isn't a jumper or a barker, but she does love to cuddle when invited on the couch. While mostly quiet, she sometimes 'talks' to you when she's excited.

Sally would make a wonderful companion for someone who wants a relaxed and quiet buddy. She prefers being the only dog in the house but has enjoyed playing with some furry friends at ANLOL, as you can see in her pictures. Bring Sally home and enjoy the loyalty and love she has to offer!

An adoption counselor will call you to discuss adoption and set up a meeting at an event, adoption center, or with that pet's foster parent.

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
