Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The best rewards come when you risk the most. Sometimes the risk is its own reward." -ME, Doogie Howser. Meow, pleased to meet you! My name is Doogie Howser, affectionately known as Doogie by my foster mom, and I am ready to meet my forever person! I am a happy 2 year old boy who specializes in the field of felines! I would love nothing more than a calm, loving home where I can take the time I need to come out of my shell. I will be shy at first, but perhaps you have a fun tunnel or cat tree I can lounge and keep an eye on things from? Not only is it comfy, but it helps me settle in to new places too! I enjoy a good head scratch, and can't wait to land my purr-fect home.
I am now accepting adoption applications, available below!
*You can meet Doogie Howser at PetSmart in Warwick today. Please no phone calls to the store, our team at Ten Lives is the best source to answer any questions you have!

About Ten Lives:
Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat.
Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience!
All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
