Isla is a beautiful White German Shepherd who loves to play and run. She would love an athletic family to take her out for fun and adventures. Isla loves swimming, training sessions, grooming time and tug of war. Her favorite game by far though is keep away and she can play that game for hours!
Isla is very friendly with people and does great with children! She can get over excited when meeting other dogs, and has prey drive towards cats, so at this time she is recommended to be an only dog. With slow introductions she may do well with another friendly dog.
Isla is super smart and curious and is always ready to serve her humans to the best of her ability. She does great with training and picks up new skills quickly. Isla is currently working on her quiet voice when around other dogs and also to ignore the all-too tempting kitties.
Isla is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training to help ensure a successful adoption.
