My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This silver & white tabby might be just what you are looking for!!! Tara is a gorgeous girl was recently returned to us for management of her medical condition. She has an autoimmune disorder that causes her body to attack its own red blood cells. She requires daily medications to control this condition along with frequent veterinary visits.

Tara adores attention and lets you know it. She will be one of the first to greet you when you enter her room. Tara is just 3 1/2 years old and loves to play. Her last home was just devastated that Tara had to return to the shelter. Even though she is in our room with cats that have food allergies, Tara does not have any food allergies. She does need to watch her figure. She has been eating VERY well here at the shelter.

Our medical team requires that Tara goes to a home that is experienced with medications and has an established veterinary relationship.

If you are looking for a friendly and beautiful new friend, fill out your application and come meet this sweet thing! Our Medical Manager will review her history with you.

The shelter volunteers just love this sweetie and we know you will too!
