This gorgeous girl has completely captured our hearts at HSAR. Emma is a young dog with soulful and intelligent eyes.
Emma is a loving people pleaser who will quickly become a loyal family member. Her exuberance and strength can surprise you if you aren`t ready for it. We are working on that with her at HSAR, teaching her personal and practical boundaries. We want her to find someone who has the time to bring the joy of obedience training into her daily routine. She would be an asset in a home where someone would want to be alerted that someone is approaching the property. (See breed mix below) She loves to make her people proud and blossoms when she feels comfortable. She knows a handful of commands, is friendly with other dogs, and is learning how to be someone’s walking buddy. Emma plays ball, happily accepts treats, enjoys cuddling, being with her people, and playing in her kiddie pool.
Emma would make an excellent pal for another playful, high energy dog. Previously Emma was a bit hesitant to trust men but we found that with the proper, slow introduction, she becomes comfortable. HSAR provides training advice and one-on-one help with our adopted dogs as needed.
