Name: Pax
Age: one year
Weight: 40 lbs.
Gender: male
Breed: mix
Hi! My name is Pax and I travelled all the way from Alabama to find my forever family I’m learning all about what it’s like to live in a home with a family who loves me. I was a bit shy and timid at first when I met my foster family, but they say I am such a brave and sweet boy!
I’m working very hard on my house training and I will potty outside if kept on a consistent schedule. I’ve had a few accidents in the house but living in a house is all new to me and I’m learning! I’m a great boy on the leash….it takes me a little bit of time to get started on my walks, but once I get moving I love walking right in the middle of my foster mom and dad and I don’t pull at all! I also love my crate and don’t bark at all when I’m in it…I stay in there quietly while my humans are at work and all night long to sleep soundly
I’m a bit shy and timid at first, but I love treats and they really motivate me! I love playing with my toys and since my foster fur sibling is a little chihuahua I’m learning that I may do better with bigger pups who I can romp around with. While I would be fine being an only pet, I would love having another pup with me who can give me extra confidence and be my playmate. I have a lot of energy but I also love my naps and relaxing in my crate!
My foster mom says her favorite things about me are my big floppy ears that never stop moving, my soft and squishy rolls, and my sweet disposition . I would love to meet you and show you what a good boy I am! Love, Pax
If you are interested in Pax, please apply at https://www.nickelcitycaninerescue.org/adopt-a-dog or message the rescue if you are already pre-approved.
